What we keep

Email addresses, linked phone numbers, display names, what you post, your photos, and when they were sent. Nothing from people who never replied to us.

Where it lives

On Cloudflare. Resend sends our email, Twilio handles calls, texts and texted photos, and Stripe takes payment. No AI model reads your posts or photos, and we don't use them to train anything.

What we don't do

No ads, and no tracking in our emails or on anything your family shares. Our public web pages, like this one, use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. We don't sell or share your information. Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Email and photo links

Email is not end-to-end encrypted, so we can't promise more privacy than email itself gives. Photo links are private, but anyone who has a link can open it until it expires. We re-encode photos, so they carry no location or camera data.

Your choices

Email stop to leave a group at any time. The owner can email export for a copy of the group's posts, and delete everything to delete the group for good, photos included.
